Can someone help me with what each symbol means? I know most of them but theres still some I have no idea about.

The squat thing (when you hold down 1) doesn't work for me. Is there a certain place I'm supposed to do it?

The description says there's supposed to be a checklist, but I can't find it.

There are some things that I thought I needed to do by talking to the other people there (like bringing the paperman coffee or scissors for the lawyer). I found the scissors and coffee, but how do I give these to them?

Great game btw :)  It was a lot of fun even though I didn't understand some things.
